A HipHop trio (X-O, Fikrah Teule & Mizani).
'Anga' is swahili for atmosphere while 'zetu' means ours, joined together as 'ANGAZETU' to elaborate how these young Kenyan emcees are takin HipHop to the highest level in the Atmosphere.
They've been holding it down as a group since 2005 when they met and realised they shared same aspirations and ideologies concerning various hiphop aspects. Before coming together as ANGAZETU, MIZANI had released a couple of singles and was battling in freestyle events since 99' n today he is regarded as one of the finest freestyler in Mombasa Kenya.
X'O and FIKRA TEULE started freestylin back in 2000 while in high school, the two first met in college early 2005 and formed a short-lived duo 'WATAALAM' before meeting Mizani late that year and forming ANGAZETU,as the trio is known to date.
They've released two mixtapes ANGAZETU#1 in 2005 & ANGAZETU 2 in 2009 among other renowned tight singles. Recently they released their debut album

Equipped with wicked beats they depict their diverse, intricate style combined to unmatched lyrical prowess and rhyme wizardry that keeps them respected both in the Kenyan underground scene and internationally.
